Dens egenskaper er at den ikke krever et innebygd kjernemateriale-ekstruderingssystem, og kan direkte sammensette det ikke-brennbare kjernematerialet av klasse A2. De ulike spesifikasjonene på 2-10 mm tykkelse realiseres gjennom rullende laminering av aluminium/stålpaneler (0,3-1,0 mm) og smeltepolymerfilmer/polyuretanlim for å oppnå automatisert produksjon av sandwichstrukturen "metall-A2-kjernemateriale-metall". Produksjonskapasiteten når 2-5 meter/minutt, og utstyrsinvesteringen reduseres med 30%-50% sammenlignet med ekstruderingstypen. Når det gjelder ytelse, er platens brannsikre karakter konstant på GB 8624 A2, brannmotstandsgrensen er ≥1 time, bindingsstyrken er ≥0,2MPa, vindtrykkmotstanden er over 3,0kPa, værbestandigheten er over 20 år, og overflaten kan samtidig kompletteres med dekorative behandlinger som laminering.
